2000/2023 custom class c 38’ toyhauler toterhome rv. Mobile job site office. No CDL required. Rv coach update 2023. Chassis is 2000 International 4900. DT 530 engine. Allison transmission. Air ride rear suspension, adjustable air bag front suspension, approx. 134,000 miles. 1999 Coach box originally built and customized by Ohnsorg truck body manufacturing in Minnesota. $58k+ renovation and update completed January 2023 by a West coast professional rv repair business. New….solar power system, electrical system including new wires in walls, dual power awnings, appliances, commercial ducted heating/AC system, on demand hot water system, complete bathroom, residential shower doors and residential plumbing, residential garage aluminum cabinets, windows, doors, black aluminum exterior siding, exterior aluminum doors, gloss white aluminum interior walls, aluminum interior pocket doors, black rubber diamond floors, ceiling, vents, etc… all brand new. Garage measures 9’6”L X 8’W from power hydraulic lift gate to bedroom wall. Opening to bedroom measures 47” wide. Garage will fit 2 door SXS. Bedroom will fit full dress cruiser motorcycle, quads, or dirt bikes. Kitchen/living room will fit dirt bikes, mini bikes, etc. Open loft over cab fits twin size bed.
The chassis received a complete inspection by Sacramento Diesel in 2018. Driven less than 500 miles after inspection then sent to be updated and renovated.
