1997 Lance Cabover Camper. OR Title, license good until Aug 2027.

Camper weight approximately 3000 lbs.
LWB 3/4 Ton or 1Ton PU needed. I hauled it on a 2003 3/4 ton Dodge with air bags.

Airconditioner, microwave, 3 way fridge, gas stove, furnace and hot water heater all work. Two propane tanks with on board connector.
Toilet and shower in good working order.
Newer foam mattress.

Extras include: DVD/TV, DC to Ac inverter, catylictic heater, solar panel, awning, camper storage stands, PU bed mat.

Has manual jacks. Camper tie downs not included. Generator does not work.

No leaks. In good condition for an older camper. Cash only, no trades.
