Wired for both AC/DC Solar with invertor, plumbed for street pressure and has fresh water holding tank with 12volt Shur Flo water pump, electric fridge, electric stove and propane stove, full-size bed with 5-inch high-density foam mattress with plenty of storage under loft, electric oil-filled radiant heater, shop vacuum, porta potty, brand new outside propane on demand hot water shower unit. Cabin measures 7'X12' with inside ceiling near 8' tall!

Built in years- 2024/2025 by author, Donald Marks, and used for writing and book signings of his novel: "A Far Cry from Home".
