HI I have a bedroom for rent( the room is all furnished) in Springfieldt,for 650 and 300 deposit , Im looking for a short term roomate 3 to 6 months the rent include, Washer,dryer,,internet.( no cable )you can get you own if you want. This is my house. I been renting rooms in my house for many years, No smoking,no drugs and no pets please. I do not rent to couples or to people with kids, to avoid any kind of drama,all my roomates in the past were busy people,I only see them a night or on the weekends, Im a busy person too, working at my job of working in the house, I work for a local utility and my other roomate is a really nice lady that works as a court reporter . A woman roomate, would be ideal so they can share the same bathroom, Im not looking for stay home roomate,you need to have a job or be full time student out side the house please, the rooms are about 10 by 10 Because some bad experience in the past,I ll be asking for you I.D to check backgound, Im planing to interview few people before I decided who I bring to my house If you need more info. or need to see pictures of the room you can or text me to 541 515 3o76 My house is located rigth next to Pionner park way. about 2 minutes from the new EmX. lane.(bus lane),about 5 minutes frome Taco express,10 min from LCC,15 min frome UO, 5 minutes from River bent hospital.Thank you
