My lady and I will have a room available starting December 1st in my house, a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. We are the only other residents in the house. No couples, no animals. I already have 2 dogs, so you must be dog-friendly. No heavy drinkers or drug addicts. We are 420-friendly, though. No felonies and a relatively clean criminal record. This is a cigarette-free property; you can smoke on the street. You must have a verifiable full-time job or be a full-time student, or a mix of both. You must be clean and conscious, willing to clean regularly. This is a quiet, peaceful house, with no rowdy, loud happenings. We're looking for someone in their late 20s or 30s, someone who is into nerdy or geeky stuff such as DnD, Magic, and video games. It's not a deal-breaker if you're not, though. We're just looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and similar interests. The house is located 2 blocks away from the Walmart Supercenter in Springfield, and many other stores and food chains are located within a few blocks. It's close to highways and Main Street. Bus lines are close as well. There is on-street parking. A washer and dryer are on-site. The kitchen is shared; however, the tenant will have their own refrigerator and cupboards. Utilities are not included in rent and are split 3 ways (power, water, internet, and trash), averaging $100 a month for utilities. There is a $350 deposit, and rent is $650. The total to move in is $1000. I can work with someone on move-in costs with a valid reason. I only do month-to-month rental agreements.
