I have a private room available for rent. There are 5 bedrooms total. The rooms have a monthly rent of $700 each. In addition to rent, utilities(electricity and water) will also be a part of the monthly cost. Internet and garbage removal services will be provided free of charge. Utilities will be split evenly between all people in the house. Expect your share of the utilities to be about 50 dollars or less depending on the season. Couples will be charged extra and their rent will be $1100. There are two bathrooms that are shared between everybody. Laundry is in the house.

Move in cost will be first month + deposit. Deposit is equal to one month's rent.

The unit is unfurnished. While I don't care how messy your room is, I do want the common areas such as the living room, laundry room, and kitchen room to remain tidy.

The house is a 15-20 minute bike ride from the UO campus. The house is also a 5-minute walk away from a bus station which can take you to the UO campus. The house is also located within walking distance of the Willamette River.

Towards the end of the selection process I will ask for proof of income.
