Looking for a roommate for my second bedroom.
- Rent is $600 per month and that includes utilities (wifi, electricity, toilet paper)
- There is also no deposit required.
- If you are looking for a calm and clean place then this is it
- Whether you are needing something temporary or long term.
- You will have your own assigned parking spot.
- Room is unfurnished, I just havent removed those stuff from the room but will before anyone moves in :)
- No pets sorry
- ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW.
If it matters to you, know that I am a guy and also a christian and would be awesome if you were too! All are welcomed though, mutual respect goes a long way :)
APARTMENT:
Home - is very calming, welcoming, clean, and quiet :)
General Area - on Q street, bus route, near Fred Meyer, Albertsons, Carls Jr, Safeway, Walmart, Dari Mart, and Winco
Your Room - is private, has a walk-in closet and a big window.
Bathroom - is shared with me, has a bathtub, and always clean
Kitchen - is big, has a table for two, fully stocked
Balcony - has a table and some chairs set up with some curtains for privacy and neon lights
Living Room - is off limits, currently renting this space to a friend :)
Also, I dont like asking for money to split household items so the $600 for rent covers it all and goes a long way, I go and buy it all for the sake of keeping things simple, easy, and to help a brother out :) If this sounds like a good place for you, please dont hesitate to reach out, thank you!
