Two furnished bedrooms are available in shared furnished house and yard in Eugene, about 3.5 miles from UO campus. Short walk to bus stop. Washer/dryer, air conditioning. Bed, pillows, dresser, bedding, and towels provided. Free street parking.
$975 per room plus share of utilities. The price is for one person in a room with queen bed and shared bathroom ($1,250/mo for two people sharing a room). Each person pays their share of utilities (water, electric, internet, and rubbish).
Non-smokers only. No children because the house is not child-proof. No pets (sorry) because the house already includes two Jack Russell Terriers.
Traditional lease: first month rent, last month rent, plus $750 cleaning deposit (I can take payments for the cleaning deposit), proof of income, and a background check. Three month lease, then month to month. Additional cost: per person share of utilities (water, electric, internet, trash). Each room is the same $975/mo for single plus pro-rata share of utilities; $1,250/month for two plus pro-rata share of utilities.
