I have a bedroom available in a newer 3 bedroom house located in the Thurston area. It's just a typical bedroom, no frills: closet, window, shared bathroom. Rent is $1000 and includes electric, gas, and water/sewer. Month to month lease, first last and deposit required. No pets (there are already 2 dogs living here,) no couples, single resident only. The house has a washer and dryer as well as air conditioning. I am self employed and work from home often, so I would prefer someone who works outside the home and/or won't have many guests.
