Knowledgeable Resident Gardener - Tenant/Collab/Exchange/Hybrid? (Otter Rock)

We share the property with ducks, chickens, 3 dogs (including two rowdy youngsters), a 5 Star vacation home I host/service, friends and family visitors. Lots to do. I always have projects in mind. This season is all about Water, pond building and coastal foraging. We eat seafood. Ideally, we're looking for a knowledgeable creative energetic resident/tenant to collaborate on the gardens' upkeep, development (we eat 5% or less) and assist with the poultry and doggies. Must Love Dogs is no understatement.
Lastly, beyond great ideas, my partner and I are looking for a trusted relationship (tenant or some hybrid) with someone who can responsibly hold down the fort so we can depart from time-to-time. Compensation opportunities exist here at Gull Rock Gardens as do different living quarters but for the most part, this is a lifestyle choice for one interested in all the property and location has to offer - Indian & Gov't history, land, gardens, location, 24/7 Dope Creek (named after Chief Dope Spencer), woods, trails, views, peace, safety and privacy.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful residency, a spring/summer of permaculture fun and surf, a 'last stop' sanctuary, creating a sanctuary, growth through work, or an opportunity to create or teach, I offer a healing, green and growing opening to join Gull Rock Gardens and have a good productive time and live well doing it. Consider this "post-before-process"; Idk the details, never done a hybrid or work exchange as it would depend on our lifestyles but I do know Spring is around the corner and there's lots to do. I'd like to offer Free Veggie Starts to the community on the Flower Moon weekend in May.
