Ideal for someone who wants to be a bit outside of town but not tooo far away. Want a veggie
garden plot? no problem.
Sharing kitchen and at least 1 of the 2 full baths, and possibly some living space depending
on preferences. I’m the only full time resident working part time in town and part time from
home. I have one high-schooler and one 5th grader a couple days a week. Pets are decided
case by case. Pets (and you) should be ok with the dog, cat and chickens(who dont typically
come inside) who live here.
Not a neat freak, but appreciate a not messy space. I care more about being good-natured,
reliable and respectful than anything else. If you think this might be a good fit, you know
what to do. 50% deposit and one time pet deposit if applicable. 3mo. agreement minimum.
