We're looking for someone to do a work-trade (32 hours per month / 8 hours a week) in exchange for rent. We'd like this to be for 10 months-18 months time frame, with a 1 and 3 month check in.
Work would entail yard work (mowing, weed wacking, weeding etc, farm animal care (milking goats- we can teach you, chickens) and some childcare.
We are looking for someone who does not have a full time job, is reliable and responsible, no hard drug use, no cigarette smoking, (light social drinking is fine, and 420 friendly in private spaces), and is pretty quiet, especially at night- and tolerates daytime kid noises :).
The living space is an insulated outbuilding 160 square feet, nice natural light, a sink with counter space, and has internet and electricity. There is a bathroom available in the main house, but no full kitchen available currently.
We are in the Churchill neighborhood, off of 18th and that bus line.
