easy bike or Uber ride to UO (as opposed to living in UO's urban downtown area that has become increasingly noisy, unsafe + crowded with downtown adjacent homeless encampments popping up due to the recent down economy). Mine is a sensational nature filled quiet location with hiking +biking trails next to Willamette River, and close to natural foods grocery, restaurants, big shopping mall, Starbucks, gyms, freeway entrance, and directly on bus line that picks up in front. You, your car and valuables are safe. I specialize in hosting Gen Z age range (20-36) including young grad students on internships or extended work study assignments post internships, those completing their masters or Phd programs, relocators and young professionals just starting out in the work force who wish to save money for their own apt in future... mine is a perfect transitional option! You're welcome to stay for a 3 to 4 month quarter system time frame, a full 10 month academic yr, or all year long.
Rules: ONE QUIET NONSMOKER ONLY (NO weed/drugs; but lite vapes outside OK). NO PETS, no couples or visitors. Enjoy your active social life outside my private residence, so you return to a secure peaceful living environment for rest or serious studies. No criminal record (I conduct a background check at no cost to you). Perfect for someone who lives a busy work or study life, prefers quiet, and pays rent in full +on time. (not suitable for 50 + senior citizens, sorry)
NO CREDIT SCORE REQUIREMENT! NO SUMMER SUBLET COSTS if you choose the 10 MONTH occupancy (Sep to June) aligned with the UO academic schedule. $1,095 with 1st, last, + a small refundable $100 security deposit with photo ID reserves your placement ahead of others. Note: I have a separate ad under the "Sublet Temporary" category for this same suite over just the quarter system (12 to 13 week only) schedule. This shorter option (as opposed to a 10 or 12 month longer lease) is on a slightly different pay schedule. Based on same $1,095 pr every 4 WEEKS with small $100 refundable deposit. Most landlords prefer a year's lease, so finding a spot for just a 3 month occupancy (same as 12 to 13 weeks) on the UO quarter system schedule without a longer lease obligation is rare indeed.
See photos. Master suite has private door lock, full sized bed, bedding + towels, deep dresser drawers, master sized closet, study desk, lounging chair. Refrig, freezer, microwave, pantry shelves, coffeemaker, small eating table + chair, sink and countertop space for rinsing dishes + utensils. Extra plug ins if you choose to bring your own air fryer, tea kettle, etc. AC port + heat dials in suite for your preferred temps. Wifi high speed internet. Access to my full sized washer dryer in my same unit. Covered bike racks on main level.
