Ultimately, rather than renting out all the rooms, I'd prefer to offer more common space for everyone to enjoy; so, 1 tenant per room please.
2700 ft.² four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with living room, fireplace, front & back decks, quiet private yard with garden beds, fire pit, and hot tub.. The house is on a hill with a steep driveway so parking is on the street in front of the house.
There's a two car garage that is primarily used for storage and there is additional storage space available.
I'm an acoustic musician and business owner, seeking 2 friendly, working, independent adult housemates to comfortably share the space with. House is mostly furnished, but room can be made for additional furniture if necessary

- Cannabis OK, but not indoors
- No dogs, cats OK (cat door installed)
- No kids
- Must be self motivated, conscientious, clean, tidy and respectful of common spaces.
