Backyard Tiny House for the right person. Small 14ft A-frame with kitchen and bathroom in the backyard of permaculture-friendly household. Bed is in the loft with a ladder, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who doesn't like sleeping in small spaces. Big organic garden space, lots of fruit trees, herbs, berries, chickens, and a place for rabbits if you want them. An outdoor kitchen, water feature, fire pit, and deck. Two older people live in the main house, and another person in an RV. Located in a quiet Santa Clara neighborhood. There is room for a vehicle also on the bus route. Open to one cat but no dogs. Would love to find someone who has shared interests in permaculture, herbal medicine, and protecting the earth and water.

420/ok and must be comfortable living with other cannabis users. No tobacco even outside. No hard drugs or heavy daily alcohol. Must pass a criminal background check. Exceptions are made for political activism.

Rent is $850/mo, $900 with all utilities and wifi. Month to Month. The $900 deposit is fully refundable with a 30-day notice. No application fee.
