The tiny house is not self contained. You would share a bathroom in the main house and have access to the kitchen, family room, piano and washer/dryer.
Main house is a well-maintained, mid-century modern, single story home. Hardwood floors throughout, open and airy. Organic garden has fruit trees, herbs and perennials. Very walkable/bikeable, near Market of Choice, Amazon bike and running paths, and Hideaway Bakery. Bus stop down the block.
We don't use any pesticides or toxic products and are very environmentally aware. This would be a perfect spot for anyone with chemical sensitivities.
I'm an extroverted introvert who loves being around people but also likes my own space. Love working out, walking, reading, writing, comedy, learning Hebrew and Yiddish, and so much more! We're all organic and don't use strongly scented products. Perry Muffin, a 12 pound, non-shedding Aussie-poo, and Otis Redding, a lop ear bunny, also reside here :-)
