I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 6 bed, 3 bathroom house starting late February or early March. Rent is $766.67/month, plus utilities (typically $50–$100 depending on the season).
The house is located in the Amazon Park area and includes one designated parking spot behind the house, along with plenty of street parking. The available room shares a bathroom with one other roommate who is clean and easygoing.
The home is currently shared with UO students in their early 20s. Everyone is friendly, social, and respectful, making it a great living environment. The lease runs through the end of August.
