Small room available in a cute, tidy home in Southeast Eugene. Close to the Amazon bike path and bus line, but out of town enough to be safe and quiet. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, there's a front yard, and a large fenced backyard. There is a garage for storage, and a washer and dryer inside the home.

There is one well behaved cat in the home. No additional animals allowed, unfortunately. There are 2 other people living in the home that are early risers due to work. If you are a night owl, have overnight visitors regularly, or are someone that works a graveyard shift, this may not be the best fit for you.

Please let me know if you are interested in knowing more about the spot. References from previous rentals, and proof of income is required.
