Small room for rent in a 3 bedroom manufactured home in a very quiet neighborhood. The room is about 105 sq. ft. (not including the closet) with faux hardwood floors. The bathroom has a tub with shower. We have a fenced in back yard, and an area for gardening, brand new smart appliances, 1.8 miles from Winco and .9 miles to everyone's market and an off-street, uncovered parking spot in front of the house. If you don't own a vehicle, the closest bus stop (Route 41) is .9 miles away.
The household consists of myself, my girlfriend, and our very friendly dog, Dioji (Shih tzu/Lhasa Apso/Terrier).
The room will be available in March. The park will have to run a background check for approval, which costs $45 and normally takes a couple of days to get the results. The deposit is $600 and rent will be $600 a month plus 1/3 of EWEB and Sanipac utility bills. No dogs over 25 lbs. We prefer no cats, but it is not necessarily a deal breaker.
