There are going to be 2 beds available. This is common accommodation; there are no private rooms. All utilities will be included. Netflix and Hulu will be accessible, along with a PC phone line and internet. Social Security is considered as proof of income, according to the rules. Before moving in and when everything has been confirmed, you must sign a contract and pay three times your rent. Alcohol and drug usage are prohibited on this property. There will be a special place for smokers. Parking lots are off-limits to vehicles without proof of ownership and insurance. This living arrangement will operate on a sober and clean basis. Attending AA meetings is encouraged but not necessary because, as I am aware, structure is necessary to maintain sobriety.
