There are going to be eight beds available. This is common accommodation; there are no private rooms. All utilities will be included. Netflix and Hulu will be accessible, along with a PC phone line and internet. Social Security is considered as proof of income, according to the rules. Before moving in and when everything has been confirmed, you must sign a contract and pay three times your rent. Alcohol and drug usage are prohibited on this property. There will be a special place for smokers. Parking lots are off-limits to vehicles without proof of ownership and insurance.This living arrangement will operate on a sober and clean basis. Attending AA meetings is encouraged but not necessary because, as I am aware, structure is necessary to maintain sobriety. Eight slots will be available, and there may be a few other things I forgot to add, but I'm sure they aren't too serious. The rent is as follows: All utilities are included in the $570and $400 deposit required when signing a bed. No pets. Shared housing must be acceptable, and this is quite common. The residence is located in Eugene's off-chambers on West 9 Place.

I'll be assisting clean and sober groups in obtaining all the slots that other organizations assist in obtaining.this is for people who can't afford to pay rent for a full apartment by themselves and for people who are struggling with substance abuse. we are trying to form a community to help support each other snd keep each other accountable in our recovery.
