Our hoped for roommate would be interested in ORGANIC GARDENING outside and/or in our greenhouses. We have a few chickens and pigs and ducks that need occasional back up care. There are dogs and cats in residence. Might consider another special cat or dog!
We have areas set up for ART PROJECTS, WELDING, WOODWORKING, MECHANIC space, POTTERY room, and more. The human rent is $550 per month for a 12x16 bedroom cottage. The bedroom is shown furnished however it is empty now. Includes utilities and internet.
The horse rent is $150 month per horse if you do the daily feeding and cleaning. Can discuss full care if needed.
Our small farm is located on the west side of Eugene 20 minutes from downtown. We are looking for an active, friendly person to share with us and the others that have homes here.
