Two person townhouse, only one room available. $600 per tenant, $80 utilities on average (electricity and internet). The rent is increasing to $1300 ($650 per person) in February of 2024. There is no deposit required, as it is already paid. Lease is month to month.

Cats allowed, with $300 pet deposit. Dogs are not (except for registered emotional support, therapy, or service animals). No smoking on site, tobacco or weed. Laundry is on site(coin operated). Parking space for one vehicle included. Near the emx bus line.

My last roommate had to leave very suddenly due to unfortunate circumstances. The room is available to be moved in to, after an addendum and application to be processed by Jennings group. I am hoping to have someone able to pay rent by December 1st, 4th at the latest.

(The room is unfurnished, but does come with the mattress, if desired. The couch has been moved to the center of the living room in front of a tv, but the pictures are accurate to the size of the living space.)
