Great location, walk to the best places in the whit (Blair alley, red barn, red apple, sam bonds, etc) but the streets in this pocket neighborhood are safe without much traffic.
$900 a month plus utilities.
Might consider a pet depending on the circumstances.
The people who live here are friendly and busy and we work full time.
