I will have a room available for rent on August 10th, 2026, until I find the right person to rent it. This is a 1,500 SF home located close to downtown in a very quiet neighborhood, very seldom you'll see and hear a car passing by; also, we do not have a neighbor in the back of the house, we have trees and some wildlife visiting once in a while. The back patio is perfect for relaxation and reading a book. This home is very clean and well organized, and I want to keep it that way.
So, if you are looking for a peaceful place to live and relax during your off timework, you may want to apply for your room. NOTE:
DRUGS, DRINKING and LOUD MUSIC are not allowed here. A working person male, female or student can apply for this renting opportunity. I also do not provide storage for extra belongings so if you own too much stuff, that could be an issue.

MONTHLY RENT is $700.00 plus $700.00 deposit. Deposit can be fully refunded if renter leaves the room in the same condition found at the time of renting it. UTILITIES are included in the rent; off street parking is also offered. A full background check will also be required.
Only two people live here, myself the owner and a 55-year-old working female who is very respectful and quiet person. You can schedule a viewing from the 1st of August and thereafter to check out the house and room. Please, tell something about yourself like where you work and things you do during your free time.
