Spacious three bedroom, two bath home. Lots of natural light in the open kitchen and living room. Kitchen has tile floor and island with bar seating and lots of windows. Bedroom is decent size (will update with dimensions soon) with a large window and closet. Bedroom shares a full bath with another room. The rest of the house is furnished, but could fit furniture if you have it.
House includes central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer in designated laundry room, wraparound porch, fenced back yard, and two-car garage with space for storage if needed. Parking on the street. No pets (sorry). Roommates are two men in their 30s, 420 friendly but we do keep it quiet on weekdays.
