I need a roommate by July 1st, though the place is empty, so moving in sooner is definitely possible. I am moving into an apartment (been accepted, have the keys, etc.) but the roommate I was going to share the place with can no longer move in with me.
The apartment is 1154 square feet, two bedrooms, two bath, on the ground floor. Pets allowed, for extra rent. One designated parking spot, also for a bit extra, which I will not be using. The complex has a gym, game room, pool, etc.
The room would be $775 per month, plus utilities, plus half of the $750 deposit.
I'm quiet and keep to myself, but am chill and friendly. I work from home. I read a lot and am not super social, but don't mind if you are. I like to keep shared spaces tidy. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable having a trans roommate, since I'm trans. I have no pets, but love animals and am okay living with them. Generally pretty chill to live with, looking for same. You would need to apply to the apartment complex. If interested, please get in touch!
