Hi I’m looking for a specific situation. I need some help with household tasks due to an injury that will eventually require surgery down the road. Hoping for a long term roommate.
I’m looking for someone who is a single parent who needs part time childcare of preschool and above kids while they work (before school/after school type of thing) or another person who needs some help that I could help with and we could live together and trade help. I’m a female and almost 50.
My place is pretty nice, hardwood floors throughout, nice kitchen, big shared bathroom, your own bedroom, quiet neighborhood area, AC, washer & dryer & dishwasher.
No cigarette smokers in highly allergic, 420 okay outside, have an income and references and pass a background check.
