Room for rent in a peaceful neighborhood that is walking distance to UO campus and Hendricks Park, with Prince Pucklers and Sweet Life Petit just down the street. House is fully furnished and the room comes with an optional desk. There is plenty of storage, washer/dryer on site, large kitchen with granite counters, private yard area, and free street parking.

Rent is $733.94 a month, but we pay for EWEB and internet as well, so the total ends up closer to $850.00 a month, with some variance throughout the year.

Current tenants are very quiet, mid 30s man and woman, who both work Monday through Friday jobs. You would share a bathroom with the woman. The house is non-smoking and current tenants almost never drink. We are looking for a similarly quiet, clean roommate. Pets are allowed but extra deposit would be required. The lease goes through the end of August.
