I have a room available in my apartment on 13th and Charnelton in downtown Eugene OR. Rent is $500 and we don’t pay for water. Internet is a flat $20 each every month and the power bill is usually around $70 each per month. I’m quiet and just hang out in my room most of the time. Move in day would be the 22nd at the earliest.
