About the Apartment:
700 sqft. The apartment is fully furnished except for what would be your bedroom. If you're like me and can't visualize 700 sqft, it's on the small side. It's quite quiet here. We're surrounded by trees and lots of green spaces. There are hiking trails near by. We're directly on the bus line. There's a stop literally at our drive way. There are garden plots that are auctioned off every spring, swing sets, a fitness center and a lending library. Twice a month they have a food pantry. And an additional twice a month for seniors. The apartments also do a lot of engagement activities throughout the year. Located behind Walmart, near lots of shopping centers and food.
Who I'm Looking For:
A single person, this is a small apartment. That said, visitors I have no problems with. Someone whose neat and going to help with the chores. I'm disabled so some things can be more difficult to do. Non smoking and no marijuana. I am okay with edibles but the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke triggers migraines. Cats are okay but please no dogs. No parties, casual drinker okay. Someone on the quieter side would be great. LBGTQ friendly. Any gender OK. Someone whose respectful and able to communicate if there are problems. I'm totally okay if that's even just through text. I get that things that feel like confrontation can be hard. You're welcome to use pretty much everything in the house. Just if you break it replace it. Same thing with if you lose it.
About Me:
I'm 40, Female, Ace. I have an adorable 5 year old cat named Dezi. I'm an active Mason in the Order of the Amaranth and Christian but I will not push anything on you. It's just to let you know there's Christian memorabilia in the house. Any religion is welcome here. I am sometimes gone for whole weekends at Masonic events. I enjoy quilting when my body is up to it, lately I have just been reading a ton and occasionally watching tv or playing games on my phone. If I'm not doing that I'm most likely out with my mom or at doctors appointments. I'm a night owl and really don't have much going on.
