o Shared Garden area
o Bike paths nearby
o Near small parks for nature
o Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood
o No smoking, vaping, illicit substances, or heavy drinking (inside or outside)

We are a positive, clean, quiet, easy-going, and respectable household. We are looking for the same with someone who wants to stay for awhile, even though it's month to month. We don't have cable or broadcast TV (just watch movies or special programs). It's usually quiet; especially after about 11 PM.
The two roommates that you'll share the house with:
Clif (#1): Male, mature-likes to think he's in his 30's, active, fit, youthful, self-employed, IT/Admin guy, easy-going, friendly, professional, multi-faceted, and recycles to help the environment.
Roommate #2: Susanne, woman in her early 70s, likes to cook and clean, she often shares Soup and Cookies. Sometimes does elder care, has worked as a sign language interpreter.
