I am searching for someone who would like to take over my lease (relett) starting December 1st. Rent is below market rate, and December rent is already paid!
This is in a 4bd/4bath student housing apartment, so you would get your own bathroom. All other (two female, one nonbinary) roommates are in their early twenties, and between them there are 3 cats too. The complex is pet friendly, but this particular unit is not a good fit if you have a dog. Another cat would probably be okay.
I’ve lived here for a few years and overall have rather enjoyed it. The big windows get lots of sun. It’s right downtown Eugene, so there’s so much to do within walking distance. The kitchen is big, the roommates are friendly, and everyone cleans up after themselves. The complex has two gyms, study rooms, and plenty of (paid) parking. The room can be furnished if chosen for no extra fee. Lease would end August 31st with the option to renew.
