Peaceful Home in South Eugene (Friendly Street Neighborhood)
We’re two like-minded housemates creating a calm, intentional home in South Eugene’s Friendly Street neighborhood, close to Lane Community College and the University of Oregon.
This is not a party house — we both work early mornings, so quiet hours begin around 9–10 PM. The energy here is peaceful, respectful, and grounded. Our space includes a piano, and music is part of the home’s rhythm — Phillip plays guitar, and we both appreciate creativity expressed quietly and thoughtfully.
We enjoy occasional shared meals or conversations but also value personal space and solitude. Cleanliness, mutual respect, and mindfulness are important to us.
There is one loft style room available above the garage. It is recently renovated. It is a clean, quiet, private and partially furnished space.
