this is a 12 by 14 foot room with a private bathroom accessible through the room, and a standard sized closet. can come with basic furnishings, bed, night stand, lamp, table and chair, or those can be stored, and you can bring your own. the house is huge, two sitting rooms, two dining tables, large kitchen, two refrigerators and walk in pantry. there is off street parking as well. current tenants are young men between 20 and 35 years old, students and workers. the environment is friendly but quiet, no parties or loud music. people have to sleep so they can get going in the morning. no pets, no smoking inside

first month's rent and utilities (1/6th of household total) gets you in.
