Hello! I'm currently looking to move into a place where I plan to stay for a while. That would unfortunately have me stuck on two leases which isn't ideal. I'm offering a room (the larger of the 4) on Mill St and 14th, it's decently close to campus and downtown(both walking distance), would be a good place to grab temporarily if you're someone in between places or a new/current student looking to move into Eugene or stay in town through the summer before the September leases start. I currently live with 3 others who are very chill, (all of use are/were students), one who is gone most of the time. The lease is up in August 31st and is already filled for the following year unfortunately . Rent is 586.8 but it'll be an extra 50 if you need a car pass which is an easy adjustment.
