Desperately looking for a roommate! My roommate is moving out in august and I would like to find someone new to take over his room. Downstairs room in a 2 bedroom town house on Kinsrow. About me, I am a 25 year old student at lane and I also work full time. Very clean and quiet. When I am home I spend most of my time playing with my 2 cats, studying or watching movies in my room. Looking for someone around my age range but as long as rent is payed I am not picky about who I live with, as long as you are clean and respectful we will get along great. You would have your own private bathroom. I will have a washer and dryer installed by the time move in comes around as well. Full kitchen, porch, parking is not a problem at all here.
