Looking for a female roommate starting Feb 1st. Rent is $1000 and includes the room, WiFi, washer and dryer use, electric, water and trash/recyclables. Must be able to be approved by the apartment management (can use a co-signer). There’s a one car closed garage, and a small backyard we’d share.
