Hello! My name is Rachel. I'm a 36-year-old woman looking for one roommate around my age who is responsible, communicative & considerate of shared spaces and boundaries. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home & I'm looking for a roommate who values a peaceful, respectful living environment where we can both be ourselves

The apartment is a two-story unit near Amazon Park, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The room will be available within 1–2 weeks of application approval.

Room:
* Open loft-style room, approximately 9'5" × 12'

Rent:
* Approximately $540/month + utilities (typically $650–700/month total)
* First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $200 security deposit due at move-in
* (I'm happy to work out a payment plan for the last month's rent if needed.)

Amenities:
* On-site laundry
* Small backyard space for potted plants and gardening

Pets:
I have two sweet indoor-only ESA cats.
I'd prefer no additional pets, but I may consider one indoor-only cat or one small, calm dog.
*Unfortunately, no large dogs, my cats just aren't comfortable around them

A Little About Me:
I work full-time and am a bit of a chaotic artist who's almost always working on some kind of creative project. I try to live as eco-consciously as I can and would describe myself as moderately clean, respectful, and easygoing. I enjoy gardening, cozy nights in, art & the occasional game night.
