$900 / 3br - Large room in shared home for right person. (Eugene)

The shared spaces are fully furnished and well stocked, and the house has three yards (two fenced) that we share responsibility for. There are two covered parking spots, plenty of guest parking, and lots of amenities: patio furniture, BBQ, fire pit, kiddie pool, garden beds, books, DVDs, board games, a 60” smart TV with multiple streaming services, a PS4, washer/dryer, yoga and fitness gear, craft supplies, and more.
The room for rent is the largest in the house, with a large sunny window and two closets, including one oversized walk-in that can fit furniture. It currently has a full-size memory foam bed, frame, dresser, and end tables, which can stay or be removed. A tall swamp cooler is available if you want it; AC must be a floor unit that vents out the window. There’s also a spare room with a guest bed and a desk space, and I work from home 1–2 days a week.
Utilities (Comcast, EWEB, Blink, Lane Apex) are split evenly and usually come out to $150–$250 each depending on usage; I don’t ask for help with streaming or home insurance. Rent is $900 (slightly negotiable, and higher for couples or children), plus half utilities and a shared contribution to general household basics like TP and soap. Month-to-month lease, but I’m looking for someone wanting to stay at least 6 months to a year.
