Has a queen size bed and two night stands. Has full size closet with one rack of shelving. Could fit a small dresser along the wall.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with two full baths. The primary bedroom with en suite is mine. You’d have private use of the hallway bathroom. Half bathroom downstairs along with a laundry room, living room, and dining room.
Some storage space available in the garage. Only has room for my car. Street parking is available on side streets. Small backyard with a deck for hanging outside when it’s nice out.
Best for someone who works outside the home as I work remotely from the third bedroom, which is used as an office.
A little bit about me: mid-career female, vegetarian, have a small and very friendly old dog. Happy to get to know each other or not - just have to be kind, calm, and know how to coexist.
Would be looking to meet folks virtually first then show the house.
