I am renting out one bedroom in a 3-bedroom home (price is for one room) in the Jefferson West / Friendly area. The room is about 10x16 and has a closet. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room would be shared. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer.

The backyard is huge and great for dogs! There's even an apple tree with three different types of apples, and two currently unused raised garden beds if you have a green thumb.

You would be sharing the house with me (32, he/they) and my dad (62, he/him). I have an 11 y.o. son who would be spending time here as well. Additionally, we have a dog named Seamus (~6 yo) and a cat named Myles (2 yo), both of whom are very affectionate.

We'd be splitting utilities. You will need to pay a deposit (2x rent) and first/last month's rent (4 months' rent total).
