My last roommate was a U of O student from China. We lived together for 4 1/2 years until I moved back to Philadelphia. She stayed here until she graduated.
I would love to have another quiet roommate who is friendly, easygoing, and able to easily pay the rent and utilities on time by showing proof that you're able to.
I work from home as a professional proofreader, so it's important that my roommate is either a full-time student or works a full-time job outside of the house.
I was a Waldorf kindergarten teacher for 10 years, and a court stenographer before that.
The rent is $550, and $20 for internet. I require a $550 deposit upon move in. The electricity will be split equally.
There is no washer or dryer, but there's a great laundromat called Clean close by.
I like things to be neat and tidy in the common areas and for the place to have a pleasant feel. I'm sensitive to the energy of others, so please be kind.😊
I have a sweet Shih Tzu named Sadie. I'm sorry to say that there are no other pets allowed.
Please be able to provide a personal reference and two references of rental history.
This place isn't the Taj Mahal, and it was in better shape when I lived here before, but it's comfortable and affordable.
