We have a 2 bed two bath home to share with one existing tenant. We also have a 3 stall barn if you need additional rental for a horse or two or other grazing animals.
Our hoped for roommate will be interested in ORGANIC GARDENING outside and/or in our greenhouses. There is minimal time commitment to helping grow tomatoes for our farmstand as well as growing other food you want that will be clearly agreed upon.
We have a few farm animals, chickens and pigs and ducks, that need occasional back up care as well as a couple of dogs and cats living here. We will consider a special dog or cat. We are looking for a horse if you happen to have one!
We have areas set up for ART PROJECTS, WELDING, WOODWORKING, MECHANIC space and a POTTERY room. We are looking for an active, friendly person to share with us and the others that have homes here.
The bedroom is approx 12 x 13 with a private entrance. Water and sewer are included.
Animal boarding is an additional $150 per month per stall and pasture with your care and cleaning.
Full care is negotiable.
Our small farm is located on the west side of Eugene 20 minutes from downtown off of Fir Butte Rd.
