My name is Bob and my housemate and I need a third. Nice, roomy 3 bdrm house in s.w. Eugene. Fenced back yard, patio, fireplace, newish appliances in kitchen, laundry facilities. Current occupants are myself, a retired carpenter, handyman type guy and Kit, a 30 something woman working at a restaurant. Quiet residence, quiet neighborhood, quiet street. Neither of us do any partying. We're both liberal minded and sociallly conscious. Room is about 140 sq. ft. $650 and 1/3 utilities, including wifi. Bath is shared with one other person. There's a $670 cleaning/damage deposit, but no last months rent. We're looking for someone with a good roommate attitude, sense of humor, and financial responsibility. Hopefully someone long term.
