Room to rent in 4 bdrm 2 bath home. adult female (Artist and Chef) looking for another responsible and considerate and mentally stable adult,(M/F) to share home with. New mattress; newly painted top to bottom, in clean and drama free home. Lovely gated community with year round indoor heated pool and spa, newly updated workout rm, pool table, library, etc. Must be OMMP friendly and like pets. requires a 350.00 deposit and a 3-6 month lease. No couples. No alcoholics or total stoners, however I have no problem with either in moderation. Also, I don't care if your a Republican or Democrat, but if you are a QAnon, Proud Boy or STILL a Trump supporter, keep lookin. So sorry, but I have no patience or tolerance for stupidity. Must have a job. ( to weed out sofa spuds, my home is not a flop house or a B&B, and there is no maid service, so you are required to help keep it clean and pick up after yourself) Must be able to pass a background check for felony's. Rent is $500.00 per month AND 2 hrs of lite help around the house, or the rent is $750. per month. However, I need the help more than the money due to shoulder issues. This includes everything, Electric, internet, WIFI, satellite, use of kitchen and all amenities a good chef has. A good sense of humor is a must since we laugh hard and often here, so you thin skinned, ultra sensitive, politically correct, folks wound not be happy here.
