Kitchen is very well stocked perfect for a home chef, appliances include a mixer, espresso maker, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher etc. There is only one bathroom but rest assured you will have your own drawer and cabinet space in the bath. There is playful, affectionate shepherd dog who lives here, his name is Bodhi and he is a mature 7 years old. Rent is $700 plus utilities i.e. internet, water, electricity, recycling/garbage. Would like first and last months rent plus a security deposit of $500. Flexible with move-in date but prefer between january to march

About you: Hoping for a female roomie who loves dogs and wont mind letting my dog out for a quick potty break when i have a long shift. No other pets please! House is medium clean- but dog hair and items can accumulate! I take charge of the vacuuming as my dog is mostly the culprit...i have a powerful vacuum that does a great job. I would like proof of employment and background check.
