It is a year long renewable lease starting September 1st. Rent is $642 per month which includes water and sewer. Electric, garbage, and wifi are split among all housemates, and should be a total of about $70 per month in the summer, about $100 per month in the winter.
Your room is upstairs and you will be sharing your upstairs bathroom (with shower) with one other housemate. The other bathroom is downstairs (with a bathtub) for the third housemate. House has two living room spaces.
We are pretty easy housemates. Just respect each other's stuff, keep loud activities during the day (before 11pm), don't smoke inside, clean up after yourself...pretty simple. I (man, 33) am an outdoorsy person who loves social dance, running, and camping, and I work in outdoor education. The other housemate (woman, 45) enjoys hiking, yoga, running, and relaxing. She works at a call center. We like having housemates who are friendly and like to chat every once in a while, but we know how to respect each other's alone time and space. We are down for occasional house gatherings and have a fire pit in the back yard!
We like to keep the place relatively clean, but we're not clean freaks. As long as everyone cleans up after themselves in a reasonable amount of time, it should be all good!!
Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside (Cigarettes, weed, vaping) because of bad smoke induced asthma. Can smoke outside on a covered porch.
There is a driveway, a front yard, a back yard, a garden bed, and a garage.
Free washer and dryer in the garage!
