I am offering our living room downstairs as an option for someone to stay temporarily. Our main motivation is wanting some help with rent to bring costs down for everyone.
We are a pretty quiet household with several cats. Although the space downstairs isn't private and you will have to be okay with people coming and going, we tend to spend the most time in our rooms or working. We have AC/heat, a dishwasher, a parking spot, and an in-unit washer and drier. This might be a great option for someone who needs a temporary place for a couple of months, but also we're open to longer if everyone likes each other.
No couples or dogs. I can only extend this offer to one adult with up to two cats. I have references who can vouch for our household being safe and quiet. 420 friendly as long as you smoke outside.
