30 year old food scientist (male) (downstairs, has his own bathroom, never cooks)
52 year old therapist (male) (downstairs, comes upstairs to use the bathroom)
Everyone works outside the home. Everyone is ultra-tidy, kind, quiet, and respectful.
Rent is $850 per month. Includes electricity, water, garbage, WI-FI, and landscaping....everything except cable TV. $850 deposit and $40 background check.
The room will be ready January 3rd. (A law student said THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE I'VE LIVED IN)
